Our 40,000 m² site includes 10,000 m² of production space. Injection molding, ultrasonic welding, electronic assembly and inspection turn components into finished EAS products.

05Specialist machine-assisted workstations support coil-related subassembly operations, preparing components for downstream product assembly.
06Bench workstations support manual assembly and soldering of electronic components, with organized materials and local extraction.
07Powered test racks allow multiple units to operate during functional observation. Testing requirements can be discussed for the intended product and configuration.
08Inspection workstations and separated material containers support checking and sorting during production, including segregation of nonconforming items.

Our procedures cover incoming inspection, first-article review, production issues and final inspection, alongside product identification, measuring-equipment checks and corrective action.
