Our 40,000 m² site includes 10,000 m² of production space. Injection molding, ultrasonic welding, electronic assembly and inspection turn components into finished EAS products.

02Ultrasonic welding
Ultrasonic welding joins compatible plastic components using high-frequency vibration. Dedicated fixtures position the parts for joining during assembly.
03Production-line assembly
Dedicated workstations bring components together through assembly and in-process checks.
04SMT & reflow assembly
The surface-mount production area supports PCB assembly. Reflow equipment provides a soldering stage for mounted electronic components.
05Coil-component processing
Specialist machine-assisted workstations support coil-related subassembly operations, preparing components for downstream product assembly.
06Hand assembly & soldering
Bench workstations support manual assembly and soldering of electronic components, with organized materials and local extraction.
07Powered functional testing
Powered test racks allow multiple units to operate during functional observation. Testing requirements can be discussed for the intended product and configuration.
08Inspection & sorting
Inspection workstations and separated material containers support checking and sorting during production, including segregation of nonconforming items.
